Specifications
Based on the required material properties and the targeted thermal, mechanical and chemical resistance of the final product, we will select the product together with the customer:
- suitable polymer
- the corresponding solvent
Step 2
Polymer solution optimization
To create a high-quality and homogeneous nanofibrous membrane, the following solution properties are optimized on the pilot line:
- polymer concentration
- viscosity
- Conductivity
- surface tension
Step 3
Production speed
By optimizing the process parameters on the industrial line, it is possible to achieve the highest possible production speed and thus reduce the cost of the product:
- electric field strength/shape
- temperature
- air humidity
- air flow
