Nanocleaner

Air filtration into windows and doors

Nanocleaner is a nanofiber filter for air filtration into windows or doors – the result of 12 years of research and development of nanofiber membranes for air filtration. It is a product that takes full advantage of the unique properties of nanofibers – especially the ability to create barriers for penetration of even the smallest objects, such as bacteria, viruses and dust particles.

How Nanocleaner works

Nanofibers create a non-skathing fabric with a pore size of about 100 nanometers. Through these pores, pollution from the external environment does not pass, but oxygen molecules pass through without problems. They are so small that the passage of nanofibers poses no problem for them.

Nanocleaner

The main advantages of our solution

Thanks to its excellent filtration properties, it captures both PM2.5 and PM1 parts. PM2.5 particles are the most dangerous in the lungs because of their ability to stay irreversibly. They can contain toxic substances, but also microorganisms. Thus, only clean air gets into the room. The nanofiber sorortice captures:

Smog

Smell

Dust particles

Viruses

Bacteria

Allergens

Unique Know-How

Nanocleaner is manufactured on the basis of two patents
Ver. 3A

Product patent

The essence of the patent lies in the composite structure – insect net as a base layer, nanofiber membrane and covering, protective layer.

Ver. 3A

Patent for production technologies

The manufacturing process of how the product is manufactured. Both patents are proof of the uniqueness of the product and at the same time protect for 20 years this unique know-how that no one else can use.

Nanocleaner is designed for

Public and state administration
Manufacturer of shading equipment and windows
Developers
Manufacturer of filter materials
Homeowners
